These Terms & Conditions govern application to and attendance at Château Privé, a private invitation-only evening hosted during the 79th Cannes Film Festival. Please read them carefully before submitting your request.

Section 01

Definitions

"Event" refers to Château Privé, a private invitation-only evening held in May 2026 at a private venue close to the Croisette in Cannes, France.

"Host" refers to the organising party of the Event, including its representatives, partners, and venue operators.

"Guest" refers to any person who has submitted an application or has been confirmed for attendance.

"Applicant" refers to any person who has submitted a request for access via the official application form.

Section 02

Application & Approval

Submission of an application via the official form does not constitute an invitation, a contract, or any guarantee of admission. All applications are reviewed personally by the Host on a discretionary, case-by-case basis.

The Host reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke any application at any time, without obligation to provide a reason. Decisions are final.

Confirmed Guests will receive a separate written confirmation by email containing the date, location, and arrival details. An application alone, or any prior communication other than the explicit written confirmation, does not entitle a person to entry.

Section 03

Eligibility & Identification

Attendance is restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the date of the Event.

A valid physical photo identification document (passport, national identity card, or government-issued driver's licence) must be presented at the entrance for verification. Digital copies, screenshots, or photographs of identification are not accepted.

Without valid identification matching the name on the confirmation, entry will be refused without compensation or alternative arrangement.

Section 04

Personal Invitation

Invitations are personal and non-transferable. They may not be sold, exchanged, given away, or otherwise transferred to any third party.

Plus ones, additional companions, or guests of guests are not permitted unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the Host in advance of the Event.

Any attempt to transfer an invitation will result in immediate revocation of access.

Section 05

Capacity & Entry

The Event has a strictly limited capacity. Entry is granted on a confirmation basis up to the venue's safe capacity.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry at its sole and absolute discretion, including but not limited to reasons of capacity, conduct, dress, intoxication, identification, or security concerns.

The Host accepts no liability and offers no compensation in the event entry is refused, regardless of prior confirmation.

Section 06

Dress Code

The dress code for the Event is Glamour Chic. Guests are expected to dress in keeping with the tone of an intimate evening at a private estate.

Casual or beachwear, athletic wear, branded streetwear, and visibly inappropriate attire are not permitted. Guests not adhering to the dress code may be denied entry at the discretion of the Host.

Section 07

Photo & Video Consent

By attending the Event, the Guest acknowledges and consents that photographs, video footage, and audio recordings may be taken during the Event by the Host, contracted media partners, or other authorised parties.

The Guest grants the Host and its partners a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display such media, in whole or in part, for editorial, archival, promotional, and marketing purposes, in any medium now known or later developed, without further consent or compensation.

Attendance at the Event implies consent to the foregoing. Guests who do not wish to appear in photographs or video are kindly asked to refrain from attending.

Personal photography by Guests is permitted in moderation; however, the publication of photographs identifying other Guests, staff, or the venue without their consent is strictly prohibited.
